Yes, that is 802.11n is compatible with 802.11b, as part of the standard.

The computer does not go faster with the 802.11n router, so if they improve portable radio, or the addition of a laptop with N Plan, there is really no valid reason for 802.11n because they cost more.

Make sure that the 802.11n 5-GHz or A / B N. It is necessary / G / N or A / B / G / N, we can say that in the box.
N refers to both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz, where G is only 2.4.

In addition, make sure that the WiFi router supported. This means that it has been tested and follow the basic rules for routers and computers to communicate.

Yes, the 802.11n is backward compatible, ie it will work with the "G" version. However, both are working, only the maximum capacity that the two, which means that if you have a wireless N router, except that the speed of his "G" laptop can support can support.
What does that mean? :)
Good luck, my God!

For compatibility, the answer is yes, just configure your wireless network for all B, G and N, but you will not be able to enjoy an advantage Full Throttle Wireless-N.
